Lost or Damaged Parcels
In the unlikely event that your parcel arrives damaged or fails to arrive within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us immediately at support@juteroot.com with your order number.
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession. If an item is lost in transit or arrives damaged, we will offer you an immediate replacement or a full refund including original delivery charges.
