Jute Care & Material Questions
Jute is a natural, resilient plant fibre. For daily care, gently vacuum or shake rugs and mats outdoors to remove loose dust. For liquid spills, blot immediately with a clean, dry, unbleached cloth. Do not rub, and do not submerge jute products in water or place them in a washing machine, as excessive moisture can cause natural vegetable fibres to weaken or shrink. For stubborn spots, use mild natural soap on a slightly damp sponge and allow the piece to air dry completely away from direct radiator heat.

We offer free standard tracked UK delivery on all orders over £30 via Royal Mail Tracked 48. For orders under £30, standard tracked delivery is £3.95. Express tracked delivery is available for £5.95 via Royal Mail Tracked 24 or DPD UK.
