We deliver to addresses within the United Kingdom via Royal Mail Tracked, Evri, or DPD. Delivery estimates (typically 2 to 3 working days for standard delivery) are provided in good faith.
Under Section 29 of the Consumer Rights Act 2015, the goods remain at our risk until they come into your physical possession (or the physical possession of a carrier or neighbour nominated by you to accept the delivery).
5. Right to Cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As a UK consumer shopping online, you have a statutory right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 consecutive days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods.
Unless goods are faulty or misdescribed, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to our warehouse.
We will reimburse all payments received from you, including the costs of original standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods back (or receiving proof of dispatch). Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.
6. Faulty or Defective Goods (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
We are under a legal duty to supply products that conform with this contract. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be as described, fit for purpose, and of satisfactory quality.
If an item is faulty or not as described, you have the statutory right to:
- Up to 30 days from delivery: Reject the goods and receive a full refund including return postage.
- Up to 6 months: Request a repair or replacement; if unsuccessful, a full refund.
Nothing in these terms limits or affects your statutory rights under UK law.
7. Our Liability
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breach or our failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable.
We only supply products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or re-sale purpose, we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.

You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. If you are a resident of Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are resident of Scotland, you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
